How do you install into the wall so it will hold 300 lbs

We recommend installing the 30" Wide Teak Wall Mount Fold Down Teak Shower Seat into wooden wall studs or sturdy wooden backing material. If you can't hit a stud or lack adequate backing, and for the purpose of your safety we advise against installing this shower seat.
