How do you install into the wall so it will hold 300 lbs

I have had a teak bench installed into my new shower granite walls and one side keeps coming out of the wall. What to do?

The best thing that can be done is to have wooden wall backing material installed when the walls are open, if you're building a new shower. If it's in an existing shower then we recommend finding two studs that can be used to mount the bench. If you don't have studs that work for where you want to mount the bench, then we typically recommend opening that wall up of the shower, to install proper backing. There are brackets/or anchors available in the market place that can accommodate heavier benches that you could search up to assist with mounting our benches, however we strongly recommend proper installation into wooden backing material.
