Hello,
I believe you are referring to the ADA standards necessary for Wall Mounted Benches. Unfortunately this bench is not ADA approved, as it folds down and not up. It also has two release latches for functional folding on the bench, which also doesn't meet ADA standards. You'll notice our ADA benches are all 16" deep from the wall as required.
