Hello, We recommend that our 25" x 18" Teak Bath or Shower Mat with Rounded Corners fill as much of the shower space you're using it in as possible to prevent slipping. This bath mat for round corner showers features rubberized feet on the bottom to assist with minimal slipping while in the shower. When standing on the mat, you'll compress the rubber feet more, reducing the likelihood of slipping compared to when the mat is in the shower alone.
