Hi - Had to return one of these - the stain(?) was bleeding onto white towels. But I still love it.

I'm sorry this has happened to you, please contact us as we can provide you with a natural product (no oil added) that won't stain your towels any more. The screws I believe you are referring to would be the closet bolts used on the slides to secure the caddy to the bathtub sides. We may be able to work something out, but would like to discuss this concern with you further.
